Register or use trademarks, names, or domains that resemble Company Intellectual Property

Represent yourself as affiliated with or endorsed by the company without written consent

5. Enforcement

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any materials may result in:

Immediate termination of access without notice

Legal action where applicable

6. Lifetime Access

If your purchase includes “lifetime access,” this means you’ll have ongoing access to the program materials for as long as the program and its hosting platform continue to exist and are supported by KellyProctorCo LLC.

While we fully intend to make these materials available for the long term, “lifetime access” refers to the lifetime of the program—not a guarantee of access for your lifetime.

Some offers may also include access to live calls.

If your enrollment specifically states that lifetime live calls are included, you’ll be able to participate in those calls for as long as they continue to be offered.

That said:

Not all programs include lifetime access to live calls
